Our weekly flower CSA brings the beauty of the local flower fields right to your doorstep. Each week, you will receive a fresh bouquet of stunning blooms picked at the peak of their beauty based off of the current season. Most weekly bouquets should las 7-12 days. Dahlias typically last 4-7 days.
How It Works
At Petal Peaks, we are committed to providing you with the highest quality flowers and service. By purchasing our CSA floral share, you agree to our terms and conditions outlined below.
Payment
I understand that one I sign up and pay for my membership in full, I have secured my place in the Petal Peaks CSA for the respective season.
Please contact me if you need a refund 30 days prior to the start dated.
There are no refunds, either full or partial, for a cancellation of my Petal Peaks CSA once the season begins.
Start Dates for Flower CSA
I understand that the start date of each Flower CSA share is flexible, based on seasonal conditions and product availability.
I am aware that Petal Peaks will communicate via email to inform all members of updates and the official start date.
It is my responsibility to contact Petal Peaks if I am not receiving notifications near the projected CSA start date.
Pick up
I understand that my share will be delivered weekly in the pickup location.
If I am unable to pick up my CSA for any reason, I understand that it is my responsibility to find a substitute to collect on my behalf.
I understand that if my share is not picked up on designated day, within the designated time, I forfeit that share and it will be donated to the local nursing home.
I will not receive credit or a refund for any shares that I do not pick up.
All CSAs must be picked up at Civic Center Parking Lot between 12-1pm on Saturdays. Pick up times parameters are set for the entirety of the season.
Communication
I understand that email is how Petal Peaks communicates updates and changes, as well as how they distribute our weekly newsletter durin the season. By signing up for the CSA, I understand that I will be added to the weekly email list.
Petal Peaks is not responsible for miscommunications due to our e-mails going to your spam folder or Promotions tab. I will notify Petal Peaks immediately if I do not receive an email receipt of my payment or weekly CSA emails.
Splitting My Share
I may coordinate the splitting of my CSA share with another individual. I understand that Petal Peaks does not facilitate such arrangements and does not coordinate special payments on split shares.
I will make all arrangements myself for collecting payments from the individual with whom I am splitting my share.
Sharing the Risk
I understand that as a member of the Petal Peaks CSA, I share in both the bounty and the risks of farming. I understand that the risks include poor harvests due to unfavorable weather, pests, or total loss of all crops due to a natural disaster.
